Trampoline & Tumbling – Acro
The emphasis in these classes is on Fun, Fitness and Friendship. Participants will learn Trampoline and Tumbling skills from basic forward rolls and cartwheels to aerial skills such as back and front somersaults and combination tumbling passes. A foam pit is utilised to great advantage in these classes, allowing the gymnasts to learn skills without the fear of landing on hard surfaces.
Catering for all ages and abilities our Trampoline and Tumbling classes develop balance and co-ordination and provide lots of variety, so there is something for everyone.
